本文总结152例脑血栓形成患者的CT与脑电图(EEG)所见的关系。EEG有定位征者69.1%。CT有灶者66.5%。二者无显著差别,但CT所见倾向于更精确定位,EEG则更常移置于患侧半球的其它部分。22例CT有灶者,其EEG无异常;相反,26例EEG有异常者,其CT无灶,故CT与EEG可无平行关系。本文34例CT根据脑血栓特定的脑动脉供血区,分水界梗塞或出血性梗塞的特征性CT象,作出定性诊断。CT优于EEG,但二者各有所长。
This article summarizes the relationship between CT and electroencephalogram (EEG) findings in 152 patients with cerebral thrombosis. EEG has 69.1% of the targeted applicants. 66.5% of patients with CT. There was no significant difference between the two, but the CT findings tended to be more precise and the EEG more often displaced to other parts of the affected hemisphere. Twenty-two patients with CT lesions had no abnormal EEG. On the contrary, 26 patients with abnormal EEG had no CT lesions and CT and EEG had no parallel relationship. In this paper, 34 cases of CT based cerebral infarction specific cerebral arterial blood supply areas, watershed infarction or hemorrhagic infarction characteristic CT images, to make a qualitative diagnosis. CT is better than EEG, but both have their own strengths.
