用裂解气相色谱法对长链脂肪胺进行了结构鉴定.在高温和磷酸存在下,脂肪胺中的烷基裂解为相应的烯烃,以此可鉴定脂肪胺的烷基链长.过氧化氢可将脂肪叔胺氧化为氧化胺,当氧化胺存在β氢原子时可在250℃断链产生相应的烯烃,以此将叔胺与伯、仲胺区分.本文给出了操作条件和步骤,该方法简便、快速、样品用量少.
Long-chain aliphatic amines were identified by pyrolysis gas chromatography. In the presence of high temperature and phosphoric acid, the alkyl groups in the fatty amines are cleaved to the corresponding alkenes, whereby the alkyl chain length of the fatty amines can be identified. Hydrogen peroxide can oxidize fatty tertiary amines to amine oxides, which can be de-linked at 250 ° C to produce the corresponding alkenes when β-hydrogen atoms are present in the amine oxide, thereby distinguishing tertiary amines from primary and secondary amines. This article gives the operating conditions and steps, the method is simple, fast, less sample.
