高等院校美术专业是培养适合社会发展需要的学生,德、智、体全面发展,具备系统的管理科学基础理论和相关美术的基础知识,掌握美术知识的基本方法和技能。长期以来,我国高校的美术本科专业人才培养目标离向明显,就业去向与其他学科专业并无差异,特色与优势不明显。同时,随着社会经济发展的需要,社会对美术专业本科专业人才培养的要求也在不断提高,不仅要与发达国家美术专业接轨,还要注重专业与其他学科的融合与创新;此外,对学生的分析和研究问题的能力、实际操作能力等综合素质也提出了更高的要求。
