随着我国医疗体制改革的有序推进,给医疗卫生单位做好思想政治工作提出了新的挑战和要求。在新形势下,医疗单位要站在时代的前列、忠实地履行好自身的职能,自觉开展好思想政治工作,保障人民生命安全与社会的和谐稳定。文章结合医疗系统的经营状况,系统阐述医疗卫生单位在思想政治工作方面的创新与实践方法。
With the orderly advancement of the medical system reform in our country, new challenges and demands are put forward for the medical and health units to do their ideological and political work well. Under the new situation, medical units should stand at the forefront of the times, faithfully carry out their own functions, conscientiously carry out ideological and political work, and ensure people’s life safety and social harmony and stability. This article systematically expounds the innovative and practical methods of medical and health units in the ideological and political work combined with the operating conditions of the medical system.
