目的:介绍病人自述疗效的概念,病人自述疗效同其他数据来源相比的优势及其在实际应用中的问题。为进一步研究和应用病人自述疗效做好铺垫。方法:通过查阅,综合总结国外相关文献,给出病人自述疗效的定义,全面介绍了其意义和方法,总结了在临床实践中应用病人自述疗效存在的问题。结果与结论:病人自述疗效能更准确地测量病人对干预措施的评价,进一步规范和完善测量工具有助于更大范围的应用。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the concept of patient readme efficacy, advantages of patient readme efficacy compared with other data sources, and its practical problems. To pave the way for further research and application of patient self-report efficacy. Methods: Through reviewing and summarizing related literatures in foreign countries, this paper gives the definition of patient’s self-reported curative effect, introduces its meaning and methods in an all-round way, and summarizes the existing problems of applying patient’s self-reported curative effect in clinical practice. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: Patient self-narcotics efficacy measures patient’s assessment of interventions more accurately and further standardizes and improves measurement tools for wider range of applications.
