The Shengli No. 2 Shallow Sea Drilling Platform of Shengli Petroleum Administration Shallow Sea Drilling Company successfully walked in April 1992 and got the official classification certificate issued by the state ship inspection department. Shengli No. 2 Shallow Sea Drilling Platform is jointly designed by Bureau of Drilling Technology Research Institute and Shanghai Jiaotong University and the world’s first seabed-type shallow sea drilling platform manufactured by Qingdao Beihai Shipyard
