中国电工技术学会上海科研管理研究组成立于81年9月。经过一年的活动,大家更进一步认识到科研管理的研究和改进确是当前各研究所的迫切需要。管理研究组的主要任务是:开展现代化科研管理理论的应用研究,即针对电工行业各研究所的特点和需要研究如何应用现代化科研管理的理论,并在实践中,不断总结经验,交流提高,以便逐步形成我们自己的,行之有效的科学管理方法并进一步锻炼和培养科研的管理人才。
