本文笔者通过自身教学实践论述了在综合实践活动的开展中,教师该应扮演什么样的角色。在确定计划与方案中应是参谋,是军师;在活动实施过程应是朋友,是公关;在活动汇报阶段则是主持,是观众。这样就能在巧妙地引导学生在走进生活、亲近社会的过程中促进学生身心的自主构建和健康成长,从而让综合实践活动充盈着生命的灵性,促进学生的发展。
The author of this article through his own teaching practice discusses the comprehensive practice activities, teachers should play what role. In determining the plan and program should be staff, military adviser; in the implementation of the activity should be friends, is the public relations; in the activity reporting stage is the host, is the audience. In this way, students can be skillfully guided in their daily lives and close to the society to promote the independent construction and healthy growth of students’ mind and body, so that the comprehensive practice activities fill the spiritual life and promote the development of students.
