近年来,由于医药学的迅速发展,不断有新的药物问世,而几乎所有的药物都能通过血浆乳汁屏障转运到乳汁。乳幼儿一天内可吸吮母乳500～1,000ml,如果连续通过乳汁摄取药物,将对乳儿产生某些影响。尤其新生儿或乳幼儿的肝脏解毒能力、肾脏排泄功能均未完善,并缺少与代谢有关的酶类,因而对药物的感受性比较强,甚至产生毒性作用。现就有关哺乳期用药的问题综述如下。
