为全面了解食物中毒致病因素与其他相关因素的关系,我们对宜昌市1960~1999年的食物中毒案例进行回顾性分析研究,力求发现食物中毒的规律和特征,并采取针对性的预防和控制措施。1 材料和方法 资料来源于1960~1999年全市食物中毒案例征集单,食物中毒报表、食物中毒专题报告、卫生防疫论文汇编和卫生防疫工作总结。按照国家《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》(GB14938)的规定及卫生部最新制定的“食物中毒调查表”要求,由专业人员对249起食物中毒案例资料进行编码,采用SAS(6.12版)软件包建立数据库,经计算机逻辑检查
