一、情况比较天津开发区继1993年取得月招商1亿美元的辉煌成绩之后,1994年又创佳绩,前三个季度共批准外商投资企业345家,外商协议投资额10.54亿美元,在全国普遍下降幅度达到32%的情况下,取得了比去年同期增长64.2%的成绩。而五大经济特区的招商成绩却不太理想,前三个季度共批准外商直接投资项目3748项,比去年同期下降了49.7%,超过全国下降幅度3.7个百分点。外商协议投资额68亿美元,比去年同期下降了33%,也比全国的下降幅度高出1个百分点。具体的比较情况见下表。
