随着新一轮音乐课程改革,音乐教师的重要性逐渐凸显了出来。一改往时普遍认为音乐专业的学习和教育主要在外部条件的误解,更加注重教师本身的素养。也就是说,即使实在音乐院校,有最全面的资源配备,如果教师本身的专业素养不高音乐理解能力一般学生也是很难理解其所要教授的内容甚至不能达到启发学生的任务。所以,音乐教师在专业上的自主发展在当下显得十分重要。
With the new round of music curriculum reform, the importance of music teachers gradually became apparent. It has been widely accepted that learning and education in music major are mainly misunderstood in external conditions and more emphasis on teachers’ own literacy. In other words, even real music colleges have the most comprehensive resources available, and if the teachers themselves are not well-versed in music comprehension, it is difficult for students to understand what they want to teach or even to inspire their students. Therefore, the professional development of music teachers in the present appears very important.
