目前,国内使用的口对口人工通气管(五十年代产品),在一定条件下仍是人工呼吸的主要器材。急救时操作简便,可立即插入患者口咽腔,经通气管作口对口人工呼吸。它在呼吸衰竭的抢救中仍有着特殊的地位。但在长期临床使用中,广大医务工作者普遍提出了其存在的问题:即管体短,操作不便;管腔不能任意弯曲,术者体位受限制;无法阻止分泌物逆流等。为了改变这种状况,我们研制了一种90—2型口咽呼吸管,经舰艇部队和上海市医疗救护中心站急救科的使用,效果满意,深受医务人员的欢迎。现介绍如下:
At present, the mouth-to-mouth artificial ventilation tube used in China (the 1950s products) is still the main equipment for artificial respiration under certain conditions. Emergency first-hand operation can be immediately inserted into the oropharyngeal cavity of the patient, the mouth of the mouth for artificial respiration through the trachea. It still has a special place in the rescue of respiratory failure. However, in the long-term clinical use, the majority of medical workers generally put forward its existing problems: the body is short, inconvenient to operate; the lumen can not be bent arbitrarily; the position of the surgeon is limited; and the flow of secretions can not be prevented. In order to change this situation, we developed a 90-2-type oropharyngeal breathing tube, the use of the emergency department by the naval force and the Shanghai Medical Ambulance Center Station, with satisfactory results, welcomed by medical staff.
