供暖管线能否正常运行是关系到民生的重大问题,解决好供暖,必须保障管道的畅通。然而哈密基地管线腐蚀严重,极大影响居民正常生产和生活。根据供暖管线的实际运行情况,从管线布局、泄漏、腐蚀程度、腐蚀部位及种类等方面着手,对管线的腐蚀现状进行调查,以最大限度的减少腐蚀对管线的影响,降低管线的运行成本为前提,通过对供暖管线的腐蚀现状调查,腐蚀成因分析,提出了防腐蚀对策,做到低投入,高效益,惠民生。
The normal operation of heating pipeline is related to the livelihood of major issues, solve the heating, we must ensure the smooth flow of the pipeline. However, Hami base pipeline corrosion serious impact on residents’ normal production and life. According to the actual operation of the heating pipeline, the paper investigates the corrosion status of the pipeline from the aspects of pipeline layout, leakage, corrosion degree, corrosion location and types to minimize the impact of corrosion on the pipeline and reduce the operating cost of the pipeline as Premise, through the investigation of the corrosion status of the heating pipeline, analysis of the cause of corrosion, put forward the anti-corrosion measures, so that low input, high efficiency, benefit people’s livelihood.
