2011年,一个充满争议的年度。当我们回忆这过去一年的时候,却感到一种难以表达的苦涩:人口红利的消失、各类成本的上升、民资出路的狭窄、税负的沉重,“国进民退”对民企生存空间的挤压……都指向了一个严峻的事实:中国民营企业正处在一个新的十字路口,企业进退维艰。只有从体制上、政策上给予民企更大的生存空间,才能根本激活民企原生的活力。30多年前改革开放形成的体制红利已经被耗尽,时代呼唤新的体制资源给中国经济造血。
2011, a controversial year. When we recall the past year, we felt an unacceptable bitterness: the disappearance of demographic dividends, the rise of various types of costs, the narrowness of the channels for the acquisition of public funds, and the heavy tax burden. The squeezing of the living space of private enterprises ... all points to the grim fact that the private-owned enterprises in China are at a new crossroads and the enterprises are in a dilemma. Only by giving more room for private enterprises in terms of systems and policies can they fundamentally activate the vitality of private enterprises. The institutional dividends formed by the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago have been exhausted. The times call for new institutional resources for the hematopoietic development of the Chinese economy.
