9月1日,“中华风采”福利彩票开始粉墨登场,关于100万元大奖和14次中奖机会的宣传册和标语条幅随处可见,不断地撩拨着人们去一试身手。从1987年中国发行第一张福利彩票,为公益事业采集“经济血液”开始,到如今彩票遍地开花,小小彩票不知刺激了多少人的发财梦想,同时又圆了多少人的发财梦想。在“对国家有利,对个人也有利”的口号下,短短几年,彩票业已发展成为一个巨大的产业,不知有多少人日夜惦记着,要来分吃彩票这只大“蛋糕”,但是,怎样才能吃到这只“蛋糕”?这只“蛋糕”真是那么好吃的吗?
