目的明确该扩建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施可行性,提出对策。方法采用职业卫生调查法、类比法进行综合分析评价。结果类比企业燃运巡检接触煤尘8 h时间加权平均浓度为5.53 mg/m3(总尘)、2.67 mg/m3(呼尘);糖化车间操作工接触谷物粉尘8 h时间加权平均浓度为4.95 mg/m3,均超过标准限值。6个作业岗位接触毒物浓度均未超过接触限值。洗瓶操作工、灌装操作工、制冷巡检及燃运巡检人员接触噪声8 h等效连续A声级结果分别为91.1、90.9、90.0及88.5 dB(A),超过标准限值。结论该项目属于酒制造业,为职业病危害较重的建设项目。该项目噪声、粉尘和毒物是重点控制因素;糖化车间、包装车间、冷冻站和燃运工段是职业病危害防治的重点作业场所。
Objective To clarify the possible hazards of occupational diseases in the expansion project, analyze the degree of harm and the impact on workers’ health, evaluate the feasibility of protective measures against occupational hazards and put forward countermeasures. Methods Occupational Health Survey, analogy method for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The weighted average concentration of coal dust was 5.53 mg / m3 (total dust) and 2.67 mg / m3 mg / m3, all exceed the standard limit. The contact concentration of 6 job posts did not exceed the exposure limit. The 8-h equivalent continuous A-sound level results of bottle-washing operators, filling operators, refrigeration inspection personnel and shipping inspection personnel were 91.1, 90.9, 90.0 and 88.5 dB (A), respectively, exceeding the standard limits. Conclusion This project belongs to wine manufacturing industry, which is a construction project with serious occupational hazards. The project noise, dust and poison are the key control factors; saccharification plant, packaging plant, freezing station and burning section is the focus of occupational hazards prevention and control of the workplace.
