目的 :研究小鼠重组Periostin对人牙周膜细胞 (PDL细胞 )粘附、伸展及移动的影响。方法 :采用固相结合分析以及细胞机械创伤模型等细胞学方法 ,观察PDL细胞在Periostin基质上的粘附率、伸展率及其定向移动的能力。结果 :Periostin可促进PDL细胞的粘附、伸展和移动 ,当浓度在 40mg/L时 ,作用最为显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,与纤维结合蛋白 (FN)的作用相似。结论 :小鼠重组Periostin可有效促进PDL细胞的附着、伸展及移动 ,但其作用的确切分子机制还需深入研究。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of recombinant Periostin on adhesion, spreading and migration of human periodontal ligament cells (PDL). Methods: The adherence rate, extension rate and directional movement of PDL cells on Periostin matrix were observed by solid-phase combination analysis and cytological methods such as cell mechanical trauma model. RESULTS: Periostin promoted the adhesion, spreading and migration of PDL cells. When the concentration was 40mg / L, Periostin had the most significant effect (P <0.01), which was similar to that of fibronectin (FN). Conclusion: Recombinant Periostin can effectively promote the attachment, extension and migration of PDL cells, but its exact molecular mechanism needs further study.
