管制协调工作涉及的对象多种多样,包括空管、空军、通导、雷达、设备保障、气象预报、情报等等很多部门。整个协调工作必须要进行双向沟通,并且这之间交换的信息量非常大;由此可以认为管制协调工作是空管系统中的一个信息交换中心,有关空管的所有信息都要由以上多个单位传递到管制协调席位,再由协调席位进行分析,整理过滤,最终向各单位进行反馈。论文讨论了现阶段协调工作中存在的问题并且从各个方面总结了一些改进方法。
