In recent years, the surface analysis technology has been widely used in the chemical, metallurgy, electronics, machinery and other industrial sectors as well as the basic research fields of physics, chemistry, biology, etc., followed by a large number of abbreviations in the literature. Most of these dictionaries have not yet been included in various existing dictionaries, thus causing some difficulties in reading the information.
