中国航海学会救助打捞专业委员会成立大会暨第一次学术交流会于一九八三年五月二十八日至三十日在无锡举行。来自交通部、地质部、水电部、海军等系统的八十名代表出席了会议,部分救捞界老前辈也应邀参加了会议。中国航海学会理事长彭德清同志、交通部上海海难救助打捞局向大会发了贺电。中国海洋学会、国家科委海洋组、海军司令部、上海市航海学会、江苏省航海学会分别向大会致了贺词;地质部海洋地质调查局局长也向大会祝贺并将由上海救捞局“德大”轮拖带的“勘探二号”就位于“平湖一井”所采的东海海底石油油样赠送给救助打捞专
The founding meeting and the first academic exchange meeting of China Saltwater Fishing Association were held in Wuxi from May 28 to August 30, 1983. Eighty representatives from the Ministry of Communications, the Department of Geology, the Ministry of Water and Electricity, the Navy and other systems attended the meeting. Some of the salvage industry veterans were also invited to attend the meeting. Comrade Peng Deqing, chairman of China Navigation Association, and Shanghai Shipwreder, Salvage and Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Communications sent a congratulatory message to the General Assembly.
