异位妊娠是妇科常见的急腹症,如诊治不及时,常危及生命。宫内放置节育器(简称带器)后发生异位妊娠易漏诊而延误治疗。为了进一步加强对带器异位妊娠的认识,我们将我院1991年1月-1999年11月收治的61例带器异位妊娠的患者进行分析以提高防治质量。
Ectopic pregnancy is a common gynecological acute abdomen, such as diagnosis and treatment is not timely, often life-threatening. Intrauterine placement of IUD (referred to as with device) after ectopic pregnancy easily missed diagnosis and delay treatment. In order to further enhance awareness of ectopic pregnancy, we analyzed 61 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 1991 to November 1999 to improve the quality of prevention and treatment.
