我们省冶金工业总公司是一个经济实体。“七五”以来,总公司对省政府实行投入、产出总体承包,对内不断完善各种形式的承包责任制,在用好承包改革上下功夫。既使省财、税部门放水养鱼的扶植政策成了内部挖潜的动力,又使企业的经营机制发生了较大变化,生产力得到进一步解放。五年来,总公司工业总产值累计达59亿元(按80年不变价计),实现利税20.82亿元,生产钢540.6万吨,生铁618.5万吨、成品钢材483.6万吨。实现利税为全省工交厅局之首。
Our province Metallurgical Industry Corporation is an economic entity. Since the 7th Five-Year Plan, the head office has implemented overall investment and output contracting for the provincial government, and has continuously improved various forms of contract responsibility system in order to make good use of the contracting reform. Even the supportive policies of provincial finance and taxation departments for water and fish farming have become the driving forces for internal potential exploration, which has also brought about major changes in the operating mechanism of enterprises and further liberated the productive forces. In the past five years, the total industrial output value of the head office totaled 5.9 billion yuan (in terms of 80 years of constant price), and realized profits and taxes of 2.082 billion yuan, producing 5.406 million tons of steel, 6.185 million tons of pig iron and 4.826 million tons of finished steel products. The realization of profits and taxes is the first of the province’s Bureau of Industry and Commerce.
