我们这次测绘工作会议，从八月十一日开始至今已整七天了。会议开得很好。从许多同志的汇报发言所反映的实际情况来看，上半年，我局在中央正确的路线、方针的指导下，经过全局上下的一致努力，做了许多工作，也取得了很大的成绩。事实表明，目前我局不论在职工群众的精神面貌方面、在测绘生产以及生产保证工作方面都比一九六三年有较大的好转，出现了革命精神大振、领导作风改进、生产质量显著提高、计划执行较好的进一步全面好转的局面。这是我们进一步做好工作的有利因素和令人兴奋的好形势。但是，我们绝不能因此而产生错觉，自我陶醉，认为可以高枕无忧了。我们必须看到，而且要十分清醒地看到，在我们的工作中，还存在着不少问题和缺点，正如同志们在汇报中所谈到的一样。这些问题，应视为我们继续前进的思想障碍和工作障碍。我们要突破这些大大小小的障碍，使测绘生产和各项工作更好地向前发展。
