知识经济时代企业竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,企业为了在激烈的竞争中站稳脚跟,都在积极创新企业人力资源管理,不断加强企业绩效管理。本文针对绩效管理展开讨论,首先介绍了企业绩效管理的概念,接着论述了企业人力资源绩效管理中存在的问题,最后阐述了创新企业绩效管理的几点措施。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents. In order to gain a foothold in the fierce competition, enterprises are actively innovating human resource management of enterprises and constantly strengthening enterprise performance management. This article discusses the performance management, first introduces the concept of enterprise performance management, and then discusses the existing problems in the performance management of human resources, and finally elaborates some measures to innovate the performance management of enterprises.
