大家都知道。一个现代公司必须信息化或 e 化,这样才有竞争力。如果你现在进了一个公司。发现公司里没有电脑设备、没有连上 Internet、没有公司的网站、没有使用电子邮件.甚至会计、管理、生产等系统都还在用人工操作。我们就会觉得不可思议.也不会相信这种公司在目前或未来能有足够的生存能力。但我们可曾想过.个人也需要信息化或 e 化,让个人在工作的职场上更具竞争力?有些朋友常说:“我最近太忙,所以没时间收发 e-mail。”我的看法刚好相反.就是因为没有善用 e-mail.所以才会
