40t落地式揭盖机是用于均热炉上供装运钢锭、清扫炉底时揭盖和封盖的一种落地式起重机。其工作的环境温度较高 ,工作负荷较大 ,常常出现走行机构的浮动轴断裂事故。从揭盖机所承受的载荷及其运行机构浮动轴的结构两方面分析了浮动轴断裂的原因 ,并找出预防其断裂的措施。
