目的对应用直接数字化 X 线摄影术(DR)的与传统的 X 线片进行了比较,发挥 DR 的最大功效,为临床医师提供清晰的影像学检查图像。方法 2006—2007年沈阳市第四人民医院随机统计门诊日常患者750例,然后抽取2000年1月至2001年1月普通摄片1000张 X 线片作为对照。结果 DR 片和传统 X 线片两种检查方法摄片质量的结果比较,差异有显著性意义,P<0.00l。结论 DR 摄影曝光宽容度大,曝光条件易掌握,图像比传统成像方式更清晰,细节显示更清楚,是常规检查的理想手段。
OBJECTIVE To compare the use of direct digital radiography (DR) with traditional radiographs to maximize the effectiveness of DR and provide clinicians with a clear imaging examination. Methods From 2006 to 2007, Shenyang Fourth People’s Hospital randomized outpatient patients with 750 cases of random statistics, and then from January 2000 to January 2001 ordinary radiography 1000 X-ray film as a control. Results The comparison of the radiographic quality of DR and traditional X-ray films showed significant difference (P <0.00l). Conclusion DR photographic exposure tolerance, exposure conditions easy to grasp, the image than the traditional imaging clearer, clearer details, is the ideal means of routine examination.
