用3种不同遗传终点的短期测试方法检测止血绫的致突变作用。Ames试验是检测基因突变的微生物回复突变试验,微核试验和中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL)细胞染色体畸变试验分别检测哺乳动物体细胞和培养细胞的染色体损伤。结果表明这3种致突变试验均为阴性,提示止血绫无致突变作用。
Three kinds of different genetic endpoints of short-term test method for detecting hemostasis A mutagenic effect.
