针对当前某型发动机自整角机角度传感器测量不准确、抗干扰能力弱等问题,根据该传感器自身的工作原理,设计了一种数字角位移传感器,分析了其静态和动态特性。该传感器以自整角机传感器和CMOS低频锁相环电路为核心,用于航空发动机控制系统中角位移测量。通过实验表明,该传感器相位移动小,干扰噪声抑制能力强,响应速度较快;测量误差可达±0.01,°可以及时有效地对角位移进行跟踪测量。
Aiming at the problems such as the inaccurate measurement and the anti-interference ability of the angle sensor of a certain type of engine, a digital angular displacement sensor is designed according to the working principle of the sensor, and its static and dynamic characteristics are analyzed. The sensor to the autosonde sensor and CMOS low-frequency PLL circuit as the core, for the aircraft engine control system angular displacement measurement. Experiments show that the sensor has small phase shift, strong interference noise suppression and fast response; the measurement error can reach ± 0.01 °, which can be used to track diagonal displacement timely and effectively.
