目的 :通过对大黄素的定性和定量的检测来控制复方大黄洗液的质量。方法 :采用薄层扫描法 ,以大黄素为指标 ,测定复方大黄洗液中大黄素的含量。使用 0 .5 % CMC- Na硅胶 G板 ,展开剂为正己烷 -甲酸乙酯 -乙酸乙酯 -氯仿 -冰醋酸 ( 16∶3∶ 3∶ 1∶ 0 .2 ) ,薄层扫描条件是 λs=44 0 nm,λr=5 6 0 nm,平均加样回收率为 96 .2 2 % ,RSD=6 .42 % ( n=3)。结论 :用本法测定复方大黄洗液中大黄素的含量 ,操作简便 ,结果准确
Objective: To control the quality of compound rhubarb lotion by qualitative and quantitative detection of emodin. Methods: The content of emodin in compound rhubarb lotion was determined by thin-layer scanning and emodin. 0.5% CMC-Na silica gel G plate was used. The developing solvent was n-hexane-ethyl acetate-ethyl acetate-chloroform-glacial acetic acid (16:3:3:1:0.2). The scanning conditions were λs. = 44 nm, λr = 560 nm. The average recovery was 96.22% and RSD = 6.42% (n=3). Conclusion : The content of emodin in compound rhubarb lotion was determined by this method. The operation was simple and the result was accurate.
