收集不同来源的僵蚕药材,采用浓硝酸-高氯酸(4∶1,V/V)混合溶液消解僵蚕样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg含量,共测定了6种僵蚕样品中的金属元素含量。僵蚕中金属元素含量为Mg>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu。测定方法的回收率为94.4%—105.8%,相对标准偏差为0.25%—2.07%。僵蚕中含有较丰富的金属元素,其中Mg、Fe、Zn的含量较高。该方法快速、灵敏、准确。
Silkworm medicinal materials from different sources were collected. The samples of silkworm were digested with concentrated nitric acid-perchloric acid (4: 1, v / v) and the contents of Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mg were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry , A total of six kinds of silkworm samples were measured in the metal element content. The content of metal elements in silkworm is Mg> Fe> Zn> Mn> Cu. The recoveries of the method were 94.4% -105.8% with relative standard deviations of 0.25% -2.07%. Silkworm contains rich metal elements, including Mg, Fe, Zn content is higher. The method is fast, sensitive and accurate.
