以人工栽培的鱼腥草鲜品为原料,对其主要有效成分癸酰乙醛的含量采用GC-MS法测定,总黄酮的含量采用分光光度法测定。选用8月采收的鲜叶进行浸提、抑菌实验。浸提液通过乙醇回收,真空浓缩至原料重量。将浓缩液作对大肠杆菌(escheichia coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(staphy-lococlus aureus)的抑菌试验,抑菌试验结果为:对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈面积为100.20mm2,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈面积为80.60mm2,最低抑菌浓度均为4%。
The artificially cultivated Houttuynia cordata was used as the raw material. The content of the main active ingredient decanoyl acetaldehyde was determined by GC-MS. The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry. The fresh leaves collected in August were used for extraction and antibacterial experiments. The leach liquor was recovered by ethanol and concentrated in vacuo to the weight of the raw material. The concentrated liquid was used as a bacteriostatic test against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The results of the antibacterial test showed that the area of the zone of inhibition of Escherichia coli was 100.20 mm2, and it was against Staphylococcus aureus. The area of inhibition zone is 80.60mm2, and the minimum inhibitory concentration is 4%.
