目的:探讨脑卒中患者的早期康复训练与护理方法。方法:对90例脑卒中患者进行心理护理、急性期康复护理和早期康复训练等康复护理措施。结果:在进行康复护理与训练后,90例患者中基本痊愈8例,显效35例,有效39例,总有效率为91.1%。结论:早期康复训练是脑卒中患者在恢复过程中不可缺少的一项重要护理措施,对促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的恢复、减少并发症、提高生活质量非常重要。
Objective: To explore early rehabilitation training and nursing methods for stroke patients. Methods: 90 cases of stroke patients psychological nursing, acute rehabilitation care and early rehabilitation training and other rehabilitation nursing measures. Results: After rehabilitation care and training, 90 cases were basically cured in 8 cases, markedly effective in 35 cases, effective in 39 cases, the total effective rate was 91.1%. Conclusion: Early rehabilitation training is an indispensable nursing intervention for stroke patients. It is very important to promote the recovery of limb function, reduce the complications and improve the quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
