目的观察中西医结合治疗布鲁氏杆菌病的临床疗效及血清学变化。方法对60例布病患者采用中西医结合治疗,10d为一个疗程,共2个疗程,各疗程间5d加以3个月巩固治疗。以临床表现及血清学为主要判断指征,观察治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月血清学变化。结果60例患者临床治愈率为88.3%,有效率100%,血清抗体1年转阴率85%,血清抗体下降率为100%。结论中西医结合治疗法是目前治疗布病的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and serological changes of treatment of brucellosis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Sixty cases of brucellosis were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. One course of treatment was 10 days. Clinical manifestations and serology as the main indications, before treatment and after treatment, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months serological changes. Results The clinical cure rate of 60 patients was 88.3%, the effective rate was 100%, the serum anti-body negative conversion rate was 85% and the serum antibody decreased rate was 100%. Conclusion Integrative Medicine is the current treatment of brucellosis effective method.
