中学物理教学大纲(草案)中指出:“在学年或学期开始前,教师要悉心考虑全学年或全学期的教学工作的主要问题,例如如何规定教学进度,如何安排学生实验,如何检查学生成绩等,要作出全学年或全学期的工作计划,以便教学大纲中的要求能有计划地完善地实现”。许多中学物理教学的经验证明了,没有工作计划,是造成“拉下进度”、“前鬆後紧”、“前紧後鬆”以及许多教学工作中的忙乱现象的主要原因之一。
