随着我国经济的快速发展,天然气供需矛盾日益突出。可中断负荷作为一项有效的管理手段,目前已被广泛应用于许多发达国家,并取得显著的调荷节能效果,但在我国尚未展开应用。本文对我国实施可中断负荷管理的必要性、实施的基本思路、实施对象选择和补偿机制设置进行探讨,并针对引入可中断负荷管理可能存在的问题提出建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the contradiction between supply and demand of natural gas has become increasingly prominent. Interruptible load as an effective management tool has been widely used in many developed countries, and achieved significant energy-saving effect of load transfer, but it has not yet been applied in our country. This paper discusses the necessity of implementation of interruptible load management in our country, the basic idea of implementation, the choice of implementation object and the setting of compensation mechanism, and puts forward suggestions on the possible problems of interruptible load management.
