(一)试验机产生误差的规律: 1、当示值误差超出规定范围,进回程差满足要求,一般是几何参数改变的影响。 2、当示值误差、进回程差均超出,变动度也很大,这主要是摩擦引起的。一般情况下,示值误差偏正是工作部分摩擦,而示值误差偏负是测力部分摩擦引起的。 3、当示值误差在整个测力范围内不一致,主要是推杆垂线与压杆间夹角β改变了,即破坏了刻度的等分指示条件。
