幼儿英语教学在中国普及不过十几年的时间,由于全球化和世界化进程的加快,幼儿英语教学呈现低龄化、专业化的趋向,越来越受家长认可和用人单位的重视。随之而来的却是幼儿英语教师的资源匮乏,幼儿英语教师素质较低,幼儿英语课堂组织能力低等问题。高职幼儿英语教法课是学前教育专业的专业必修课,旨在培养适应当下幼儿英语教学需求的高素质、高能力、高师德的专业化人才。然而在实际教学过程中却屡屡出现所学非所用、实践环节与幼儿园真实教育环境脱轨等问题。“双元制”教学模式将企业在人才培养中的作用与学校等同起来,对于幼儿英语的实践教学有着重要意义。
However, due to the acceleration of the process of globalization and the globalization, preschool English teaching has become younger and more specialized. It is more and more recognized by parents and the employer’s attention. What followed was a shortage of resources for preschool English teachers, a low quality of preschool English teachers and a low ability of preschool English classrooms. Vocational English teaching method for preschool children is a required course for pre-primary education, aiming at cultivating specialized talents of high quality, high ability and high majors who adapt to the current needs of preschool English teaching. However, in the actual teaching process, many problems such as non-use, practice and derailment of the real education environment in kindergarten have appeared frequently. “Dual system ” teaching mode will be the role of enterprises in the training of personnel equal to the school, for the practice of preschool English teaching is of great significance.
