目的：研究综合护理干预治疗活动期溃疡性结肠患者的心理影响。方法：筛选本院2014年9月-2015年4月治疗的92例溃疡性结肠炎患者，根据随机数字表的方法，将全部病患平均分成两组：参考组、实验组，平均各组46例，给予两组患者常规护理措施，对观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上再实施综合护理干预，再使用症状自评量表调查两组病患在干预后的心理状况变化。结果：对两组患者的强迫症、敏感性、敌对性及精神病性进行比较，实验组患者对与心理因素有关的4项统计的评分均比参考组更低，差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<0.01)，存在可比性。结论：活动期溃疡性结肠患者实施综合护理措施进行干预，可以有效地改善患者的心理健康水平，进而提高病患的生活质量。“,”Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with ulcerative colon in active stage.Methods of screening in our hospital during September 2014-2015April treatment of 92 cases of ulcerative colitis patients,according to random number table method,all patients were divided into two groups:experimental group and reference group,the average 46 cases in each group,two groups were given routine nursing measures,the patients in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing again the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention and then use the SCL-90 two patients changes in mental state intervention. Results comparison of two groups of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder,sensitivityhostility and psychoticism,the score of 4 statistical and psychological factors of the patients in the experimental group were lower than the reference group,significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),comparable. Conclusion the implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions in patients with active ulcerative colitis can effectively improve the psychological health of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
