本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、观察法对吉林省中长跑队6名运动员进行一个半月的实地观察,发现运动员在日常训练中忽视了力量训练和身体素质训练。导致全队大多数运动员出现膝关节损伤的情况。因此,建议通过力量训练和身体素质训练能够有效避免运动员出现膝关节的损伤问题。同时,使用在训练后使用中速跑放松、泡沫轴肌筋膜放松、冰桶泡腿和PNF拉伸,能够有效帮助运动员缓解肌肉疲劳。
Through literature review, expert interviews and observational methods, this article conducted a one and a half month field observation of six athletes in middle and long distance running teams in Jilin Province. It found that athletes ignored the strength training and physical fitness training in daily training. Cause most of the team athletes knee injury situation. Therefore, it is suggested that the knee injury can be prevented effectively by strength training and physical fitness training. At the same time, the use of relaxation after training in the use of speed, muscle relaxation of the foam shaft, ice bucket soaks and PNF stretching, can effectively help athletes to relieve muscle fatigue.
