去年二月间,苏联召开了振动切削问题的专门科学技术会议,初步总结了这方面的研究工作,并决议推广低频振动切削在工业上的应用。从所进行的试验情况来看,要使这一新工艺在最普遍的切削加工中得到广泛应用,必须很好解央振动装置问题。目前采用的有低频(声频)和高频(超声频)振动装置。但是,在我国现在的工业条件下,复杂昂贵的超声波装置尚来得至广泛应用,应当根据实际的生产条件创造出既经济可靠又能普遍适用的振动装置。本交继“振动切削及其应用”一交(本刊1963年6月号)之后,概括介绍在切削加工中所应用的几种低频振动装置。
In February last year, the Soviet Union convened a special science and technology conference on vibration cutting issues, initially summarized the research work in this field and decided to promote the industrial application of low-frequency vibration cutting.
