近几年来,我国个体工商户户数、人数以每年7—8％的速度迅速发展,1993年个体工商户户数、人数增长速度上升为15％、19％;私营企业户数和从业人员分别比1992年底增长70.4％和60.7％,到今年第一季度未,全国私营企业已发展到27.14万户,从业人员420.67万人,注册资金达810.05亿元,创历史同期最高水平。为什么在五十年代曾被“利用、限制、改造”和六七十年代被作为“资本主义尾巴”砍掉的个体私营经济,在短短的十多年间得以如此迅速的发展,这确是值得我们深思的问题。
