姚慕双(1918~2004),祖籍浙江慈溪,生于上海。原名姚一麟,学名姚锡祺。著名滑稽表演艺术家,国家一级演员,中国民主同盟盟员。姚慕双从小喜好英语、看外国电影、收听电台节目,模仿能力强。拜电台独脚戏“第一响档”何双呆为师,唱堂会,上电台,走上了滑稽说唱的艺术之路。1940年,和胞弟姚振民(艺名周柏春)搭档在OK电台播音,因节目文化内涵丰富,言语幽默,纯净高雅,演技不凡,受到听众欢迎,在滑稽播音界
