通过应用修正后的中国地方治理能力评价体系,结合相关的公开统计数据,对天津市所属16辖区(以下简称“区”)的保障能力、调控能力、财政能力、参与能力分别进行了测算,在此基础上,得出16区的治理能力排名。根据各区治理能力总体得分、分项得分,提出其今后进一步提升治理能力的对策措施。
By applying the revised evaluation system of local governance capacity in China and the related public statistics, the security capability, regulation and control ability, financial capability and participation ability of the 16 prefectures (hereinafter referred to as the “district”) of Tianjin are respectively measured , On this basis, come to 16 areas of governance ability rankings. Based on the overall score of each district’s governance capacity and the score of each project, the countermeasures for further improving the governance capacity are put forward.
