目的观察喜炎平联合西米替丁治疗婴幼儿手足口病的疗效。方法108例婴幼儿随机分两组,对照组53例给予病毒唑10~15mg/kg.d,静脉滴注3~5 d;治疗组55例用喜炎平0.2~0.4 ml/kg.d,联合西米替丁10~15mg/kg.d静脉滴注,疗程3~5 d。结果治疗组体温下降至正常、皮疹消退、口腔溃疡愈合时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平联合西米替丁治疗婴幼儿手足口病疗效确切,无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping combined with cimetidine on infant hand-foot-mouth disease.
