目的探讨可摘牙合重建治疗对重度牙合磨损双侧后牙游离缺失患者咀嚼系统功能恢复的作用。方法对可摘牙合重建治疗与可摘义齿修复前后患者的咀嚼效能吸光度法测定值及临床病征消除结果作对比分析。结果可摘牙合重建治疗对该类患者颞颌关节紊乱病征消除和咀嚼效能恢复作用明显优于可摘义齿修复（Ｐ＜０．０５和Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论应对重度牙合磨损患者进行牙合重建治疗，而传统可摘义齿修复并不可取。
Objective To investigate the effect of removable denture reconstruction on functional recovery of masticatory system in patients with severe bilateral occlusion wear and tear. Methods Comparing the measured value of chewing efficacy and the results of clinical symptoms before and after the removable denture reconstruction and the removable denture were compared. Results Removable occlusal reconstruction was significantly better than removable denture in the treatment of patients with TMJ dislocation and chewing recovery (P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion Patients with severe occlusal wear should be treated with occlusal reconstruction, whereas the traditional removable denture is not desirable.
