国家颁布的食品卫生检验方法(下称GB法)中有关氢化油及人造奶油中铅、铜、砷、镍的测定,样品的前处理因被测元素不同而异。铅、铜为溶剂萃取法,砷为灰化法,镍为酸萃取法。在1份样品中同时测定以上4种元素时,需耗费较多的时间和试剂来进行样品前处理。本文介绍用石油醚溶解样品,再用0.5mol/L HCl萃取,可同时测定上述4种元素,回收率为91.25~101.30%,变异系数为3.09~7.34%,经t检验,本法与GB法差异无显著性。现将实验结果报告如下
The determination of lead, copper, arsenic and nickel in hydrogenated oils and margarines by the State for Food Hygiene Inspection (hereinafter referred to as the GB Method), the pretreatment of the samples varies according to the elements to be tested.
