最近几年,计数管的电流工作状态被广泛地利用来测量射线强度,因而大大地简化了电路。在电流状态时,射线强度不是根据平均计数率而是根据流经计数管的平均电流测定的。采用这种方法测量强度的可能性在于:在计数管电压不变以及温度固定的情况下,每次放电放出的电量实际上是一样的,这样,计数管似乎也就成了电流脉冲的整形器。电流状态下计数管的连结电路示于图1。
In recent years, the working state of the current of the counter tube has been widely used to measure the radiation intensity, thereby greatly simplifying the circuit. In the current state, the intensity of the radiation is not measured from the average count rate but from the average current flowing through the counter tube. The possibility of using this method to measure the strength is that the charge released by each discharge is virtually the same at constant and constant temperature of the counter tube so that the counter tube also appears to be a current pulse shaper . The circuit of the counting tube in the current state is shown in FIG. 1.
