随着改革开放的不断深入,各行各业都在进行管理机制的转换、更新,以求更好地适应社会主义市场经济发展的需求,有利于自身的发展,在竞争中立于不败之地。医院作为特殊的服务行业,随着人们物质文化生活水平的提高,对自身健康的要求标准也随之增高,医院在不断努力,为广大伤病员提供优质医疗服务的同时,必须积极寻求自身发展与完善的路子,研究更为有效的行政手段,以确保技术水平、医疗质量和经济效益的同步提高。笔者回顾医院10年来的发展历程,从后勤保障的角度,透视其对医院科研发展、医院整体水平的影响力,分析“高投入与间接效益”举措的绩效。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, all walks of life are undergoing transformation and updating of management mechanisms in order to better adapt to the needs of the development of the socialist market economy, help their own development, and remain invincible in the competition. As a special service industry, as the people’s physical and cultural living standards improve, the standards for their own health also increase. Hospitals continue to work hard to provide quality medical services for the majority of the sick and wounded and must actively seek for their own development. With better ways to study more effective administrative methods to ensure that the level of technology, medical quality and economic efficiency of the simultaneous increase. The author reviews the hospital’s development history in the past 10 years, and from the perspective of logistical support, interprets its influence on hospital scientific research development and the overall level of hospitals, and analyzes the performance of the “high input and indirect benefits” measures.
